Robert Duvall

Aktor, producent filmowy, reżyser, scenarzysta, właściciel restauracji. Duvall zanim osiągnął status znanego aktora imał się także różnych czynności: pracował na poczcie, a także jako kierowca trucka.
Urodzony w 1931 roku w San Diego w Kalifornii. Pełne dane: Robert Selden Duvall. Jego ojciec był oficerem w wojsku, a z czasem awansował do rangi admirała. Duvall ukończył college o kierunku dramat i historia w stanie Ilinois, a następnie Szkołę Teatralną w Nowym Jorku. Robert przez wielu krytyków uważany jest za jednego z najlepszych współczesnych aktorów.
Robert Duvall za rolę Toma Hagena w filmie "Ojciec Chrzestny" z 1972 roku został nominowany do nagrody Oskar w kategorii najlepszy aktor drugoplanowy.

Z ciekawostek:
Robert Duvall na początku swojej kariery mieszkał z współlokatorami. Byli nimi: Dustin Hoffman i Gene Hackman.
Pertraktował z wytwórnią filmową co do swojej gaży w filmie "Ojciec Chrzestny" część III, jednakże zaproponowana suma nie była dla niego satysfakcjonująca i w rezultacie zrezygnował z tej roli.
